The first person, a yoga instructor, broke through the automatic lock and entered the building. He committed the crime when the victim returned from taking out the trash early in the morning. The second person, a female student, followed the victim and identified her apartment building. She threatened the victim in the closed elevator and committed the crime. The third person, a real estate lady, sexually harassed the victim unreasonably while she was viewing a property. She threatened the victim in a closed room where no one was around and committed the crime.
