ACZD-026 — Shameful Examination Room Riku Tachibana

Riku, a female patient, visits the clinic with abdominal pain caused by constipation. After palpation of the lower abdomen, the clinic decides to treat the condition with an enema. First, the area around the anus is washed with a cotton ball held by tweezers. After that, the anus is massaged with fingers, and preparation for the enema is complete. A 50% glycerin solution is injected with a 150cc disposable enema. In case of bowel movements, Riku is covered with a paper diaper and asked to hold in until the medicine takes effect, but before the nurse gives permission, she defecates into the diaper. During the diaper change, the urine that remained in her intestines leaks out, and she also leaks a large amount of urine that forms a parabola. The female patient, Riku, is asked to change into examination clothes and paper pants, and the examination of her genitals and anus is continued.
